Drylining & Suspended ceilings

Head Office
Supply and Install drop-downheads to optimize space and integrate glass partitioning throughout. Use the dot and dab method on existing block walls to define the office area. Construct metal stud partitioning to delineate the toilet area. Install suspended grid ceilings throughout, incorporating acoustic insulation poly pads above the suspended ceiling tiles for improved soundproofing between offices.

The client, a reputable printing company, is relocating to larger facilities. We installed metal stud wall lining in the external warehouse to facilitate deliveries in and out. On the opposite side, a new mezzanine floor was added, with printing rooms below, which we divided using acoustic partitions to minimize noise from the machinery. Additionally the interior package included the installation of office partitions and suspended ceilings on the first floor.

A new mezzanine floor has been installed to expand office space, accompanied by partitioning around the perimeter of the mezzanine. A newly installed suspended grid ceiling has been added throughout the office area and beneath the mezzanine. The mezzanine features partitions with window openings for views of the office space below.
Office Partition & Glazing / Door Installation

We undertook the task of transforming the existing office by splitting it into two distinct sections, effectively creating separate working spaces that optimize the current office area. To complement this redesign, we supplied and installed a new door system along with glazing that seamlessly matches the surrounding office aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the space. This upgrade not only improves the overall layout but also contributes to a more productive atmosphere for all employees.

We successfully installed sloped ceilings that seamlessly match the existing roof pitch, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design. This thoughtful integration enhances the overall aesthetic of the space while maintaining structural integrity and functionality.
Reinstate Suspended Grid Ceiling

Working alongside with Shield Asbestos Removal and Sword Dynamic Services, we successfully reinstated a suspended grid ceiling after the thorough removal of asbestos. Our collaborative efforts that the ceiling was not only restored to its original condition but also met all safety standards. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining a safe environment throughout the entire process. This project highlights our commitment to excellence and teamwork in tackling complex challenges.
Reinstate Grid Ceilings with Fire Damper Installation

Working closely with Oakland Construction, we undertook the task of dismantling grid ceilings to allow for the installation of new fire dampers. This process was critical for enhancing the safety and compliance of the facility. Once the dampers were successfully installed, our team meticulously repaired the partitions to restore the integrity of the space. We then reinstated the existing ceilings, ensuring that everything was in perfect condition for the hospital wards to reopen the following morning, providing a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
Office Refurbishment

Successful completion of two office refurbishments located on the ground and second floors in the vibrant center of Cardiff. Our team expertly installed acoustic partitions to enhance sound privacy, as well as drop-down partitions designed for glass to create a modern and open atmosphere. Additionally, we added wall linings around the building's perimeter to ensure a polished finish. To top it off we incorporated shadow gap details throughout the spaces, adding a sleek and contemporary touch to the overall design.
